This category of sports encompasses various disciplines that require physical agility, speed, strength, flexibility, and coordination. Running events involve participants racing against each other to cover a specified distance in the shortest possible time. In field events, participants aim to jump the farthest or highest, or throw objects the farthest, showcasing their physical prowess and skill in these specific areas.
