Diagnosis of the disease usually requires a thorough medical history, physical examination, and lung function tests, along with imaging studies such as chest X-rays or CT scans.
While there is no cure for coal miner's lung, management typically focuses on symptom relief, preventing further exposure to coal dust, and addressing complications that may arise.
