The WVIAC, also known as the West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, was a collegiate athletic conference that operated from 1924 to 2013. The conference consisted of several colleges and universities in the state of West Virginia, United States. Its primary purpose was to organize and oversee athletic competitions among member institutions, promoting sportsmanship, competition, and the development of student-athletes.
The WVIAC encompassed a wide range of sports, including football, basketball, baseball, soccer, track and field, and many others. Member schools competed against each other in these sports, enabling student-athletes to showcase their skills, teams to compete for championships, and schools to foster a sense of community and pride.
