The primary feature of Sipple syndrome is the development of tumors in the thyroid gland, adrenal glands, and parathyroid glands. These tumors may be benign or malignant and can lead to the overproduction of hormones, causing a range of symptoms. Additionally, individuals with Sipple syndrome may be at an increased risk of developing certain types of cancer, including medullary thyroid cancer.
