Through their coordinated efforts, the NBHCC strives to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS, offer culturally appropriate and effective interventions, influence policy and legislation, provide resources, and support community-led initiatives. Their ultimate goal is to slow down the transmission of HIV, improve the quality of life for those affected, and work towards the eradication of HIV/AIDS disparities within the Black community.
