In cases where the tumor is small, asymptomatic, or noninvasive, conservative management methods like regular observation, pain management, or periodic imaging may be sufficient. Surgical intervention is often necessary for larger or symptomatic chondromyomas, involving the complete excision or removal of the tumor.
